Having purchased Villa 231 off the plan at the very start of development at Terrace Downs and enjoyed using it ourselves and renting it out to some lovely people, we are moving on to other dreams so our 3 bedroom Villa at Fable Terrace Downs is up for sale. Villa 231 is our stunning luxury villa located at Terrace Downs High Country Resort. It is perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing, intimate weekend away. Spend quality time with that special someone, or kick back in style with friends, enjoying an unforgettable part of the country. *

Prices:
$200 per night for the first two adults*
$25 per extra person per night
$50 – 1 night surcharge
*Please note that this price does not include cleaning. All guests are expected to clean the Villa and leave leave it clean and tidy as they find it, hence making it available to our guests for a fantastic price!
If you do not wish to clean the villa, this service is available for a $75 cleaning fee and must be requested at the time of booking.
Cleaning expectations:
- All used bedding to be stripped and placed in the laundry
- Vacuuming
- All used services wiped down
- All used dishes cleaned and put away
- All rubbish (kitchen and bathrooms) to be placed in large rubbish in the garage downstairs
- All windows shut
- All heaters, lights, electric blankets, appliances etc. to be switched off
