$200 per night for the first two adults*

*Please note that this price does not include cleaning. All guests are expected to clean the Villa and leave leave it clean and tidy as they find it, hence making it available to our guests for a fantastic price!

If you do not wish to clean the villa, this service is available for a $75 cleaning fee and must be requested at the time of booking.

Cleaning expectations:

• All used bedding to be stripped and placed in the laundry
• Vacuuming
• All used services wiped down
• All used dishes cleaned and put away
• All rubbish (kitchen and bathrooms) to be placed in large rubbish in the garage downstairs
• All windows shut
• All heaters, lights, electric blankets, appliances etc. to be switched off
